In 2020, Avidly began seeking a partner capable of handling tasks beyond its capacity. During that time,Avidly faced a positive challenge: managing a high peak of customer integrations. "The briefing process was similar to briefing our in-house team, although perhaps a bit more detailed since our team is already familiar with HubSpot. We found that the most effective briefs come directly from developers, rather than, for instance, a project manager,” explains Kumlander.

The collaboration primarily involved building customer integrations, particularly CMS integrations, which often required expertise in node.js. The solutions were predetermined, and Ottia provided support with their production.
